At FranX, we are committed to delivering high-value, customized services in franchise development, franchise sales systems (FSO), and strategic consulting. Our work begins with careful planning, expert involvement, and the deployment of proprietary methodologies rooted in Operational Excellence (OPEX). Because of the nature of our work, we do not offer refunds on any services once engagement has commenced.
Our services are:
Custom-Tailored: Every engagement is personalized to the client’s franchise model, growth goals, and operational structure.
Knowledge-Based: Our intellectual property—including strategy design, SOPs, frameworks, and toolkits—is shared and implemented early in the process.
Time-Allocated: We dedicate staff hours, consultants, and resources based on your project timeline and deliverables.
For these reasons, once a contract is signed or payment is made, we are unable to reverse the service process or resell our time and expertise to another client.
By engaging with FranX, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
You have read and understood the scope of work, deliverables, and expectations outlined in your agreement or proposal.
All payments made are final and non-refundable.
It is your responsibility to attend scheduled sessions, respond to project timelines, and collaborate on deliverables.
While we apply proven methods to support franchise development and recruitment, FranX does not guarantee franchise sales, franchisee signings, or financial results. Our services are designed to build systems, tools, and structures that support growth, not to promise specific financial outcomes.
In rare, exceptional cases—such as an administrative error or misrepresentation in initial onboarding—FranX may, at its sole discretion, review a partial refund request only if no services have been delivered. Requests must be submitted in writing within 10 business days of contract signing and are not guaranteed to be approved.
If a project is canceled by the client after work has started, no refund will be provided, and FranX retains all rights to work completed up to that point.If FranX must cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances, we will work with the client to reschedule or, if appropriate, offer a credit toward future services.
